Annette Urena Tucker has substantial experience in a broad range of commercial and bankruptcy litigation matters including business litigation matters involving breaches of contract, professional liability, directors’ and officers’ liability, RICO, security matters, class actions and business torts. A subset of Annette’s practice includes representing businesses and individuals in insurance coverage disputes, including claims for breach of contract, declaratory relief and bad faith. Annette’s bankruptcy experience includes the defense and prosecution of fraudulent transfers, preference claims, creditors’ rights and other bankruptcy litigation matters.

Annette has represented clients across a broad range of industries, including real estate, finance, hospitality, manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals in complex litigation matters in both state and federal courts. Annette’s practice has also included the development of detailed protocols for the compilation  and production of electronically stored information for one of the largest hedge fund administrators and custodians in the world.

Annette is actively involved in civic and charitable organizations in South Florida. She is a member of  Leadership Broward Class XXXIV, a graduate of Women Leading Broward Class III and currently serves as the co-chair of the Fun Lunch Recognition Committee. Annette is active in the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation, the Hispanic National Bar Association, the Jack and Jill Children’s Center and is an advocate for adequate education for all children.
