| Jennifer Latham is an associate practicing commercial litigation. Her practice is focused on intellectual property and business torts. She graduated from University of Tampa in 2001 where she was awarded the prestigious Alpha Chi Omega Scholarship. Jennifer earned her law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 2003. During law school, Jennifer clerked in the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms Legal Division. She earned book awards in Contracts I and II, was a teaching assistant and was actively involved in Pinellas County Coalition for the Homeless, Inc.
Jennifer is admitted to practice in all state courts throughout Florida. She is also admitted to the Florida Southern and Middle District Courts. Jennifer is a member of the Miami Chapter of the ACLU Legal Panel, Miami-Dade/Biscayne Bay Young Republicans, The James Madison Institute and Theatre Lover's Community. In her spare time, Jennifer volunteers with Miami-Dade County Library's Project L.E.A.D. where she teaches adult literacy. She also volunteers her time with Stand-Up for Kids Miami, Inc. and Community Partnership for the Homeless.
