Kimberly focuses her practice on litigation and appellate matters. Kimberly represents individuals as well as private and publicly traded companies on a variety of litigation matters in both federal and state courts, with a focus on complex insurance coverage disputes, including commercial general liability, professional and management liability, construction defect, transportation, and excess and surplus lines policies. Kimberly’s experience includes defending insurers against claims by policyholders and additional insureds in actions for declaratory relief, breach of contract, rescission, and bad faith. Kimberly has also represented clients in a wide-range of other commercial matters, including malpractice claims.

Kimberly received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida and received her J.D. from New York Law School.

Prior to joining Kaplan Zeena LLP, Kimberly focused on complex commercial and securities litigation and actively assisted in the defense of one of the world’s largest hedge fund administrators and custodians in a multibillion dollar federal class action stemming from the Bernard Madoff Ponzi scheme.
