| Michael A. Sastre's trial and appellate practices focus on wrongful death, negligent security, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, auto and tractor-trailer accidents, including Dram Shop claims, sexual abuse/molestation on behalf of religious institutions, employment liability, engineer and architect errors and omissions, product liability, including pharmaceutical litigation, miscellaneous professional liability, class action defense, bad faith litigation, insurance coverage disputes, general premises liability, and appellate practice.
In his appellate practice, Michael has argued before the Third and Fourth District Courts of Appeal, as well as the 11th Circuit Appellate Court for Miami-Dade County. Michael has been awarded an "AV" rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
