| Stephan Louviere, a native of Louisiana, received his Bachelors degree and MBA in Finance from Louisiana State University, and his J.D., cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University Law School. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Louviere served as Operations Manager for a large regional bank in Louisiana before moving to South Florida in 2001 where he worked as a Financial Advisor for some of the country’s largest insurance companies and brokerage firms. While in law school, Mr. Louviere clerked with a Trust & Estate attorney and at three different litigation firms.
Mr. Louviere is admitted to practice before the Florida Bar. His primary focus is on professional liability defense and securities litigation, arbitration and mediation. His securities practice includes the defense of brokers and broker/dealers during complex litigation in court, mediation and before FINRA Dispute Resolution. Mr. Louviere also represents licensed securities professionals during securities regulatory agency investigations.
