Daniel Hirschman represents individuals and businesses in a variety of routine and complex commercial disputes. Mr. Hirschman focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, professional malpractice (lawyers, agents, and accountants), and construction defect litigation. A subset of his practice is devoted to representing insurers in insurance coverage disputes involving an array of insurance products, including professional liability, errors and omissions, directors and officers, commercial general liability, employment practices liability, and homeowners and commercial property.

Mr. Hirschman has litigated claims premised on allegations of breach of contract, fraud, misrepresentation, unfair competition, trade secret misappropriation, breach of fiduciary duty, civil conspiracy, breach of warranty, negligence, gross negligence, bad faith, reformation, and rescission in Federal and Florida state courts. His objective in each representation is to implement a comprehensive yet cost-effective legal strategy. As a result of his legal work, he has obtained an “AV” rating (the highest rating available for an individual) from Martindale-Hubbell, the national legal directory. He has also been repeatedly selected for inclusion in the Florida Rising Star list published by Super Lawyers magazine, which honor is reserved for no more than 2.5% of the lawyers in the State of Florida.

Mr. Hirschman received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan in 2002, and his Juris Doctor, from Loyola University College of Law in 2007. During law school, Mr. Hirschman served as the editor-in-chief of the Loyola Journal of Public Interest Law. Mr. Hirschman also received numerous awards and distinctions throughout law school, including certificates of achievement reserved for the top students in his class.
