Our attorneys are veterans of more than 100 trials and arbitrations and bring this experience to bear on behalf of our clients every single day. We are particularly adept in the defense of attorneys (including violations of the securities and anti-trust laws and RICO violations), accountants (including failures to detect embezzlements; tax advice; and violations of the federal and state securities laws), trustees and fiduciaries (with particular emphasis on personal representatives’ and trustees’ liability in the exercise of their fiduciary duties and under the Prudent Investor Rule), insurance agents and brokers (including placements with insolvent insurers; failure to obtain adequate coverages or limits and fiduciary duties of reinsurance intermediaries), and actuaries (including deepening insolvency cases based on failures to set adequate reserves).
