Tony’s litigation practice involves assisting a wide range of insurance carriers, businesses, and individuals in resolving complex commercial and insurance coverage disputes. Tony began his career as an Assistant Broward County Attorney where he gained valuable experience representing one of South Florida’s largest governmental entities in various litigation matters involving claims of civil rights violations, construction defects and delays, general liability claims and real property issues. Tony has successfully tried cases to verdict and continues to attain favorable outcomes for his clients in and out of the courtroom.

During law school, Tony was a judicial intern to the honorable Marcia G. Cooke for the United States District Court for The Southern District of Florida, served as an Articles and Comments Editor on the FIU Law Review, and received the “Best Brief” award in an annual Moot Court competition. He was born and raised in Tampa, Florida, but has lived in South Florida since graduating. Tony enjoys bowling and playing golf with his wife, Karen, rollerblading and bike riding with their Black Labrador, Rocky, and writing and recording music.
