Carolina’s practice focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation, professional liability and insurance coverage matters. Her experience includes representing a variety of commercial clients in breach of contract disputes, fraudulent transfer litigation and bankruptcy litigation.
Carolina received her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Law and French and Francophone Studies from the University of Florida with honors. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. During law school, she served as the Senior and later Executive Research Editor for the University of Florida Journal of Law and Public Policy and was on the board of the Latino Law Student Association.
