Maria Kimijima focuses her practice in the areas of negligence and professional liability, insurance coverage, and complex commercial litigation.
Maria joins Kaplan Zeena with a wide range of experience litigating and arbitrating business and employment matters, including breach of contract, business and shareholder disputes, wage and hour, workplace discrimination and retaliation, and other commercial disputes. She has represented clients in both state and federal courts, as well as in administrative proceedings across South Florida.
Maria graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Miami. She earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law, where she served as an Article Editor for the Journal of Science and Technology.
