Steven Colsky has represented individual and corporate clients in civil litigation for more than thirty years. Steve has experience in a variety of complex litigation matters at the state and federal level, including disputes involving contracts, real estate, franchises, homeowners associations, employment, fraud, and negligence. Steve has also represented both insurance companies and insureds in all types of first party and third party insurance coverage disputes and lawsuits.

Steve graduated from the University of Florida in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Real Estate, and obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Law in 1981. He is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
