Maria O’Farrell

Maria O’Farrell’s practice is focused on professional liability claims, complex business litigation, insurance coverage and bad-faith disputes, and first-party property claims. Maria also has experience in corporate law (with an emphasis in mergers and acquisitions) and mutual fund regulatory compliance. Prior to practicing law, Maria worked in regulatory compliance for a private investment management firm based in Boston, Massachusetts. A magna cum laude graduate of Boston University, Maria then attended FIU College of Law, where she received her J.D. and went on to work as a professor.
