From our offices conveniently located in Downtown Miami, our attorneys are in Court throughout the Dade, Broward and Palm Beach corridor and throughout the state on virtually a daily basis aggressively representing the interests of our clients.

Our knowledgeable and accomplished attorneys have successfully represented design professionals in all aspects of litigation from the pre-suit process (which is mandatory in construction defect litigation in Florida) through discovery, trial or arbitration and appeal.

Florida’s pre-suit process cries out for early evaluation in order to mitigate damages and mount a cost effective defense. Our experienced and specialized attorneys strive to work closely with our clients in order to utilize their special training, knowledge and expertise to the maximum advantage in developing a defense. We also work closely with a battle tested team of professional consultants in order to assist our clients and their insurers in accurately assessing these often complex matters at the earliest possible stage.
