Francesca Alfonso’s practice focuses on complex insurance coverage disputes and commercial litigation. She has experience litigating matters in both state and federal courts, as well as handling arbitration proceedings before the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR).
Before joining the firm, Francesca concentrated her practice on complex litigation arising from aviation accidents, representing aircraft manufacturers, maintenance facilities, and charter operators. Through this work, she developed a strong understanding of federal regulatory frameworks and gained experience working with related administrative agencies.
During law school, Francesca participated in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, where she assisted low-income individuals with tax preparation and filing.
