Mark Simonitis’s practice focuses on insurance coverage, professional malpractice, and professional liability claims. Mark also has experience in insurance defense matters, including personal injury, automobile negligence, professional liability, and premises liability cases.

Mark received his B.A. from Amherst College and his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School. While attending law school, Mark worked as a Certified Legal Intern with the Exoneration Justice Clinic, and was recognized as a Notre Dame Champion for Justice for his work in helping to exonerate the wrongfully convicted.
